Account Termination

Fair Play Policy

TriviaStorm uses device fingerprinting and other anti-cheat measures to ensure fair play. Any attempts to circumvent these systems may result in account suspension or termination.

Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate trivia questions, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all content. Questions are sourced from various databases and user submissions. If you find an error, please report it through our feedback system.

Disclaimer

The materials on TriviaStorm are provided on an 'as is' basis. TriviaStorm makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall TriviaStorm or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use TriviaStorm, even if TriviaStorm or a TriviaStorm authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
